- 2 chicken breasts
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp of Elfred's Zahtar Seasoning
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cloves garlic -finely minced
- A sprig of fresh Coriander
- Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken breasts. You can let this marinate for an hour or so if you like or grill right away.
Rub the paste all over the breasts and sprinkle over the picked coriander.
All that is left is to grill it.
Zahtar is also perfect as a dry dip to have with fresh crispy bread and Olive Oil. Dip your bread into the Olive Oil, then into the Zahtar.
Zahtar can be used sprinkle on your lamb before grilling or barbecuing also.
