Mumbai Chutney is lovely with chicken or fish such as snapper or whiting. Use to mellow down a hot curry, or simply spread on your sandwich.
Use to make a curried egg mayonnaise for your sandwich by mixing 2tbs Elfreds Mumbai Chutney with 2 tbs of Mayonnaise, and then add 2 chopped or grated hard-boiled eggs.
For Coronation Chicken mix 2 tbs Elfreds Mumbai Chutney with 2 tbs of mayonnaise. Mix in cubed cooked chicken. Serve on a bed of salad and sprinkle over some roasted cashew nuts. Delicious.
Also use to make a divine potato salad with sliced spring onions, Mumbai Chutney and mayonnaise. Or mix with Greek Yoghurt to spread over cooked lamb. Add to a cheese board with your favourite cheeses.
