Use to make delectable Caramelised Onion Tart. Butter and line a quiche dish with puff pastry. Spread a layer of Elfreds Onion Marmalade on the bottom of the puff pastry about ¼ inch thick. Mix 3 whole eggs with 200mls of full fat milk and 100mls of double cream. Season with salt and white pepper and pour over our Onion Marmalade until it comes within ¼ inch from the top of tray. Lightly sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in a medium oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with salad of your choice. You can also make these into small tartlets using a savoury or muffin tray.
